Shipping Policy
WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ORDER?
All orders are subject to a handling period before shipment, usually 3 - 5 business days unless specified, BOM (Block of the month) are sent on day specified or close too.
You will then receive a notification of shipment with full tracking information. Please allow 10-30 business days to receive your order, delivery times may vary depending on your state or country and delivery provider.
Orders may be cancelled if they have not been processed and shipped. After they have been processed they may not be cancelled. Please contact for advice on how to cancel your order. Block of the Months are exempt from cancellations.
Please make sure to provide the correct shipping address. Kitty Rose Cottage can not be held responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. In such cases, the buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred to ship to the correct address.
In some cases, international shipments will require import/customs taxes to be paid. These will be the responsibility of the buyer under ALL CIRCUMSTANCES. Kitty Rose Cottage will not be held responsible for customs taxes.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
You can track your order once it has been shipped via the tracking number emailed to you.
